Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

If you need to consider refunds and return, you have likely ordered a product from us and we like to thank you and tell you that “Nothing makes us happier than a happy Zmilelee customer, and as such promise to do our best to deliver an amazing dress or garment and customer experience. Rest assured, to fix any issues along the way. That said the following are some important points that you would like to know:

 

CONDITIONS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the item has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Zmilelee tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Free return delivery policy to all deliveries in Lebanon. For exchange returns outside Lebanon, client is required to pay for the delivery charges.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@zmilelee.com and send your item to:

If 3 days have gone by since the item has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Before sending any items to our clients, Zmilelee carefully inspects the items and takes images before sending it to insure and protect against any damages.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We also exchange items if a smaller/larger size of the same item is needed, but be aware that the shipping fee will be incurred on the client. Please contact customer support before purchasing a product if you are not sure with the sizes.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: SIREN INCORPORATION SAL, Barsoumian Building, 5th Floor, Bourj Hammoud, Beirut , Lebanon

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The only instance we will pay for shipping is if the item you received had a defect or an issue and will send you another item of the same product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Zmilelee account or future orders being refused.

 

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted by Zmilelee.

 

CLOTHING

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Zmilelee tags still attached.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Clothes are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Prior to items being sent, Zmilelee staff check the product’s quality and take pictures for proof in a case a fault item was submitted. Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 3 days from the date you received it.

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Zmilelee as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Refunds apply to all countries except for Lebanon.

If refund is accept for the specified reasons by Zmilelee, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
