At Zmilelee, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and the highest quality products. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have established a clear and strict exchange and refund policy, which we encourage our valued customers to review prior to making any purchases.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Customers have a window of 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange or refund by sending the item(s) back to our courier. It is important to note that all costs related to the return and exchange process, including importation fees, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Zmilelee. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags and labels intact. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels during the return process.
We regret to inform our customers that all silk items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds and Processing Time
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, with credit card refunds taking up to 21 days for processing, depending on the bank’s processing time. We allow for exchanges on items of equal or lesser value, but the difference in price will be offered as credit on our e-commerce store, and will not be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping Information
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. In case of refunds or exchanges, we ask that customers use a reputable courier service and ensure that items are securely packaged and received by our team.
Precautions for Trying On Items
We kindly request that customers do not try on the item(s) if they have applied any products such as perfume, deodorant, body lotion, body makeup, face makeup, or spray tan as these may potentially stain the item(s). In addition, given the delicate nature of our textiles, we advise customers to try on items without any face or body products to ensure that, in the event of an exchange or refund, the item(s) will be accepted by our team. At Zmilelee, we carefully inspect our products prior to shipment. Any makeup, lotion, or spray stain or proof that the item has been worn found on an item during the return process may result in a refusal of the exchange or refund of that item. This policy is in place to uphold the quality and value of our products for our customers
Care Instructions
We recommend that all Zmilelee items be dry cleaned and that customers instruct their local dry cleaners not to iron the piece differently or use strong chemicals/products that may harm the color, design, or fabric. Zmilelee is not responsible for any damages caused by the dry cleaners and will not exchange/refund or offer credit after an item has been damaged by the customer. We strongly advise our customers to refrain from spraying any type of perfume or body spray directly on the item(s), and to use a roll-on deodorant rather than a spray.
